Gave myself a scare. I woke up to nearly 3. Immediately went into panic mode, running about blindly in the dark because I did not set my alarm. Noticed outside was extremely dark, double checked clock. Oh, it's 3 am in the morning. Oops. Went back to bed but unable to because my mind is wide awake. Unable to sleep properly, so woke up at 7 am to cook some instant noodles. After that, went to do several things at home till lunch time.
Super excited to complete my second dose that I nearly ended up slipping down the stairs. Triple checked essential items such as IC, Vaccination Appointment Card, Vaccination Consent Form, and my Sejahtera app in phone. This time brought a small novel in bag and bottle of water, knowing that there's no water there.
Initially planned to go with a friend who has the same appointment as me. Went to find her, found out she's not at her department. Asked around, people said she has went up already. Oh well, went up after 1 pm, nearly went into panic mode when I found out mySejahtera app wasn't loading properly due to poor internet connection. Restarted mobile data and hook to public wifi, managed to get a small connection. Re-check back, managed to get the app working. Whew, close call.
Not many people around. Couldn't find my friend so ended up waiting for consultation (Said friend actually went to get lunch and went up, by the time I was waiting for consultation, she is at the queue outside waiting for registration), which took forever due to some issues, but it's about an hour. Consultation done, waited for my jab. Again, didn't hurt much, but after going back home, had some on/off migraines but didn't need to take any panadol and pain the injection site. Normal, completely normal.
Was tempted to get some food outside to celebrate but due to the pandemic, settled for comfort food from home. After that went for an early shut eye. Compared to the first jab, this round I had one side effect but not too bad, at least I don't feel a lot of arm pain so I could do some art, not wiring and typing (Still had pounding migraine at that time) since it was my non-dominant hand that got jabbed.
Conclusion, this pandemic is not joke, get yourself vaccinated, wear a mask, and wash your hands. As of writing this, it is already 20th May and cases are skyrocketing. Good God.
*Today's case: 6,806 (OH HELL NO).
